What you will do
- Partner with Sales to design tailored AI automation solutions and deliver compelling product demos and POCs.
- Lead technical discovery sessions and develop architecture proposals and integration plans.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solution architectures.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams during pilots and implementations to ensure seamless delivery.
- Act as a technical advisor to build trusted relationships with customers throughout the engagement.
- Represent the company at industry events and contribute to technical enablement materials.
Requirements
- Must be based in Poland
- Native or highly fluent in Polish and English
- 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales or Solutions Engineering, with at least 2 years at a senior level.
- Experience with voice technologies such as ACD and IVR workflows is a must.
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or AI automation environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems including CRM, ERP, and cloud infrastructure.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with CRM or presales tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of NLP, automation workflows, or integration frameworks like REST and GraphQL.
- Experience in enterprise-scale solution delivery.
