What you will do

• Lead healthcare construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes using appropriate metrics and indicators.
• Oversee tender processes and contract administration, with a focus on NEC contracts.
• Manage multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate design, procurement, and construction phases.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Lead bid preparation and fee proposals to contribute to business development and sector growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in London to support a hybrid working arrangement.
• Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline.
• Professional accreditation (or working towards) such as RICS, CIOB, or APM.
• Demonstrable experience delivering healthcare, life sciences, or NHS projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction project delivery and contract administration (NEC & JCT preferred).
• Proficiency in programming/scheduling software such as Asta Powerproject or MS Project.
