What you will do

• Develop secure authentication, authorization, and action confirmation solutions for retail and SME customers.
• Design and optimize user journeys for login, device management, and payment confirmations.
• Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria using BPMN and UML.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Fraud Prevention, and Compliance teams.
• Define and monitor product metrics via dashboards to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• Support the full development lifecycle from discovery to testing and release.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of modern web services, APIs, and data formats such as JSON and Protobuf.
• Basic SQL skills and experience creating visual process documentation (BPMN, UML, DFD).
• English: B2 or higher required for effective communication with an international team.
• Ability to balance security requirements with user experience and operational efficiency.
