Salary: €60,000–€75,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain automated reporting systems and analytical tools.
• Provide analytical support to the team by testing hypotheses and extracting data insights.
• Identify user behavior patterns to improve existing antifraud rules and alerts.
• Define metrics for new feature launches and evaluate their performance.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize product outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive product solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an analyst role.
• Advanced SQL knowledge.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau).
• Upper intermediate level of English (B2).
• Ability to communicate complex data insights to business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of applied probability theory and mathematical statistics (A/B tests, causal inference).
• Proficiency in Python for data analytics (NumPy, Pandas).
• Experience in risk, compliance, or anti-fraud fields.
