What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain OTBI and BI reports and dashboards within Oracle HCM.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
• Partner with the People Data Strategy SME to support AI-driven analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT and HRBPs to resolve reporting tickets and system issues.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve data efficiency and accuracy.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures for automated workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR reporting and analytics, preferably within an HR technology team.
• Hands-on experience building reports with major HRIS platforms like Oracle HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
• Strong critical thinking and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
