TL;DR

Analytics Engineer (DWH/Risk): Building and maintaining data pipelines and data marts for the risk domain with an accent on data modeling and ETL requirements. Focus on translating business risk needs into scalable technical solutions and optimizing data flows between risk processes and core DWH components.

Location: Worldwide. Remote or hybrid from hubs in Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan

What you will do

  • Partner with Risk domain stakeholders to translate data needs into structured ETL requirements.
  • Design logical data models and implement scalable ETL pipelines and data marts within the DWH.
  • Define and align key risk metrics such as DPD buckets and default flags with business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and optimize data flows between risk processes and core DWH components.
  • Ensure data solutions are production-ready, including scheduling, optimization, and maintainability.
  • Document data lineage, transformations, and business rules in the DWH knowledge base.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or System Analyst DWH.
  • Strong domain expertise in the Risk or Finance domain.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with SQL for writing complex queries.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
  • English: B1 level or higher required for effective communication with an international team.
