Analytics Engineer Middle/Middle+ (DWH/Risk)

Location: Worldwide; remote work or office-based work available. Relocation support is available to hubs in Cyprus, Serbia, Georgia, or Kazakhstan.

What you will do

• Translate risk-domain business needs into structured ETL requirements.
• Design maintainable data models for applications, rules, features, and decision logic.
• Analyze raw and processed data sources and identify optimal integration points.
• Design and support scalable ETL pipelines and data marts within the DWH.
• Define risk metrics such as DPD buckets, default flags, and aggregates with business stakeholders.
• Validate, optimize, schedule, document, and maintain production-ready data solutions.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or DWH System Analyst.
• Strong expertise in the Risk or Finance domain and knowledge of data analysis techniques.
• Advanced practical SQL skills, including complex query writing.
• Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, organizational, and independent-working skills.
• English at B1 level or higher for communication with an international team.
