What you will do

• Manage the SCAR process and coordinate with the purchasing department to monitor supplier performance.
• Conduct supplier evaluations via surveys and on-site audits.
• Lead investigations into nonconforming raw materials and review Nonconforming Material Reports (NCR).
• Develop and maintain metrics for SCAR, SNR, and NCR systems.
• Execute the supplier audit schedule, create checklists, and document observations.
• Support continuous improvement projects and global supplier quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience managing supplier quality functions according to applicable procedures and regulations.
• Proficiency in executing and documenting supplier audits.
• Knowledge of SCAR and NCR systems.
• Location: Must work onsite in Vilnius, Lithuania
