What you will do

• Lead validation projects to ensure high-quality results are delivered on schedule.
• Create comprehensive validation plans based on customer requirements and automotive standards.
• Design and execute tests for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and thermal product requirements.
• Analyze test results, investigate root causes, and develop technical solutions.
• Drive test automation initiatives by developing software and validation environments.
• Present findings through clear reports and data visualizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics or a similar technical area.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with LabVIEW or Test Stand programming (at least 1 year).
• Experience with high-power electrical testing (>15 kW).
• Hands-on experience with DC power supplies, DMM, DAQ systems, and matrix switching.
