What you will do

• Lead and train team members in measurement and inspection processes.
• Supervise functional and optical testing, geometrical measurements, and visual inspections.
• Prepare reports and technical specifications for project activities and serial production.
• Manage documentation to ensure all parts have proper inspection, measurement, and verification instructions.
• Identify areas for improvement, recommend process changes, and lead relevant updates.
• Perform functional testing of final goods.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Hands-on experience with measurements and inspections.
• English: Verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong technical skills with high attention to detail.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Kaunas.
