What you will do

• Lead complex Information Security projects with a specific focus on AI applications.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage the entire project lifecycle to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, IT, and Information Security domains.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project sponsors, and technical teams.
• Identify, manage, and escalate project risks while maintaining scope and quality.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status reporting to steering committees.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience leading complex projects within international organizations.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed project teams.
• Experience delivering Information Security or other security-related IT projects.
• Solid technical understanding of IT infrastructure and networking.
• General knowledge of AI and its application within Information Security.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Project Management certifications such as PMP or IPMA.
• Specialized experience within Cyber Security.
• Experience supporting governance initiatives, policy implementation, or audit preparation.
• Fluency in Swedish.
