A developer infrastructure startup building a secure runtime layer that provides cloud sandboxes via API for AI agents to execute code safely and scalably.
What you will do
- Act as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers across the APAC region.
- Guide customers through onboarding, integration, adoption, and expansion.
- Investigate and reproduce technical issues across APIs, SDKs, CLI tooling, and sandbox infrastructure.
- Help customers integrate the platform into CI/CD pipelines and agentic AI workflows.
- Translate customer feedback into clear product requirements and engineering context.
- Participate in technical scoping calls with prospective enterprise clients.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in forward deployed, solutions, or field engineering.
- Strong coding ability to read, write, and debug production-grade customer environments.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SDKs, and CLI tooling.
- Knowledge of Docker, containers, and cloud compute environments.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Singapore.
Nice to have
- Experience with Go, Python, or TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes or cloud-native deployments.
- Background in developer relations, open source, or technical writing.
- Experience with PostgreSQL debugging and observability workflows.
- Exposure to GDPR or enterprise data residency requirements.
