What you will do

• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to create synthetic training tasks for AI agents.
• Design methods to generate diverse, realistic, and learnable synthetic tasks.
• Build end-to-end systems and tooling to mutate, validate, and improve synthetic data.
• Analyze model and agent performance to identify failure modes and learning outcomes.
• Develop metrics to quantify synthetic task diversity, realism, and learnability.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, Docker, and Linux environments.
• Experience with synthetic data research methods.
• Strong understanding of synthetic data limitations and quality standards.
• Ability to build pipelines end-to-end without a fully prescribed roadmap.
• Experience working on environments, evaluations, and benchmarks.
