What you will do

• Develop backend features, including payment system integrations and anti-money laundering (AML) modules.
• Build AI tools for Customer Support and optimize Customer Acquisition flows.
• Create and maintain APIs for integration with the trading platform.
• Contribute to technical architecture and design while optimizing overall product performance.
• Perform code reviews, provide production support, and write comprehensive unit and integration tests.
• Participate in Scrum and OKR planning and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional Ruby development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails 6+, design patterns, basic algorithms, and data structures.
• Experience designing scalable web applications.
• Expertise with databases including MySQL, Postgres, and Redis.
• Proven ability to write unit and integration tests.
• Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience in the fintech industry.
• Knowledge of service architecture and RabbitMQ.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Frontend skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience integrating third-party payment providers.
