What you will do

• Oversee all aspects of the pre-construction phase to ensure project setup for success.
• Manage design coordination and implement value engineering strategies.
• Define project scope, identify risks, and develop detailed execution programmes.
• Implement procurement strategies and manage supply chain engagement.
• Liaise with clients, design consultants, and fire engineers to drive progress.
• Support cost planning and budget development in collaboration with QS teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Membership of CIOB, RICS, or a similar professional body.
• In-depth knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022, Approved Document B, PAS 9980, and BS 8414.
• Experience with Gateway 2 submissions and Golden Thread principles.
• Proficiency in MS Project, BIM platforms (Revit, Navisworks), and Aconex.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Dartford, UK; DBS Check is required.
