What you will do

• Lead multi-departmental teams (Creative, Finance, Legal, etc.) to establish project scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Oversee the planning and execution of enabling infrastructure, including public roadways and bridges.
• Manage overarching site logistics and the integration of third-party developments, such as rail stations.
• Ensure full compliance with Environment Health & Safety (EHS) standards and contractor safety plans.
• Control project budgets and schedules, providing regular progress reporting to upper management.
• Provide leadership and professional development guidance to direct reports to support career growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction project management within the infrastructure or commercial facilities industry.
• Expertise in project scheduling, estimating, bidding processes, and negotiations.
• Strong knowledge of delivery methods for roadways, rail development, and roadway structures.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and bespoke development agreements.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Power BI, AutoCAD, and Revit.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Bluebeam or equivalent PDF software.
• SIA licensing or relevant executive security certifications.
