What you will do

• Deliver and optimise core network design, configuration, and automation across service chains to ensure E2E design intent.
• Maintain standardised interfaces, parameters, and configurations across various domains, systems, and vendors.
• Analyse cross-domain performance to improve throughput, latency, availability, and utilisation.
• Define and track E2E KPIs, using operational insights and incident trends to drive continuous optimisation.
• Implement controlled, policy-driven automation with safety guardrails and reliable recovery mechanisms.
• Embed resilience and risk management principles based on operational KPIs and incident learnings.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in automation, cloud-native, or cross-domain optimisation.
• Strong technical expertise in Core Network domains such as Packet Core, Voice/IMS, Policy & Charging, and Telco Cloud.
• Proven experience in network configuration, parameter tuning, and performance optimisation.
• Hands-on experience with automation, scripting, or orchestration tools.
• Ability to translate complex design intent into practical engineering and configuration outcomes.
• Experience working within complex, multi-vendor, integrated environments.
