What you will do

• Manage, test, and optimize large-scale performance budgets.
• Plan and execute Meta performance strategies to meet growth targets.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to identify new scaling opportunities.
• Collaborate with media buyers and performance creatives to refine campaign effectiveness.
• Test and manage additional paid social channels beyond Meta.
• Take full ownership of project success and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Meta media buying.
• Expertise in strategizing, planning, and achieving performance goals.
• Experience with third-party data analysis tools like GA4 or Hyros.
• Strong attention to detail and effective workflow prioritization.
• Critical thinking and a proactive, initiative-driven mindset.
• Experience in digital e-commerce is preferred.
