What you will do

• Design and implement Safety SOPs, work permits, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for all installations and chemical handling systems.
• Perform field audits for all service and sales processes to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Train field teams on safe service systems to ensure zero accidents in the field.
• Review and provide safety approval for all equipment, including new product launches.
• Manage and oversee electrical systems, including earthing and grounding.
• Conduct extensive international travel, typically 15 to 20 days per month.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.E.) in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Chemical Engineering.
• Must possess both Safety and Electrical certifications.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in safety process implementation, field auditing, and SOP development.
• Strong expertise in electrical systems and field servicing.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce or SAP is preferred.
• Ability to travel internationally for 15-20 days a month.
