What you will do

• Guide new customers through the onboarding process and ensure effective product adoption.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships as the primary point of contact.
• Provide timely support to resolve customer issues in coordination with internal teams.
• Advocate for customer needs and feedback to influence product development.
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential churn.
• Identify upselling opportunities and ensure successful contract renewals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in treasury management, auditing, transactions, or consultancy within the financial technology industry.
• Fluent in Spanish and working proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer-centric attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software tools.
