TL;DR

Director Of Customer Success (HealthTech): Building and scaling a post-go-live motion for a health technology platform serving Norwegian municipalities with an accent on customer health systems and partnership models. Location: Hybrid (Oslo, Norway). Must be able to speak Norwegian professionally.

Salary: 1,200,000 – 1,350,000 NOK

hirify.global is a health tech startup building a platform for Norwegian municipalities to improve collaboration between inhabitants, patients, and healthcare professionals.

What you will do

  • Define and document the post-go-live Customer Success motion and quality metrics.
  • Build customer health systems to identify risks early and act proactively.
  • Lead and develop the CS team, focusing on portfolio management and product expertise.
  • Collaborate with product leadership to design and execute partnership models.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product and strategy discussions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience leading CS in a B2B SaaS context with complex, long-term relationships.
  • Professional proficiency in Norwegian is required.
  • Proficiency in English (company working language).
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams.
  • Strategic systems-thinking mindset and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with public sector clients, municipalities, or government.
  • Domain knowledge in healthcare or health tech.
  • Experience with various partnership models.
  • Experience within a Nordic/Scandinavian business context.
