What you will do

  • Own and grow a commercial territory in Norway using a data-driven strategy to increase revenue from new and existing logos.
  • Lead complex sales cycles and engage senior executives to articulate the value of agentic AI in improving efficiency and financial performance.
  • Collaborate with partners, global systems integrators, and internal teams like Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to maximize customer value.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through outcome-focused sales execution.
  • Monitor market developments and competitor trends to anticipate customer needs and generate demand.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience selling SaaS solutions to commercial customers with a consistent track record of quota overachievement.
  • Ability to build strong business cases focused on value and outcomes for executive and financial buyers.
  • Strong account planning discipline and a research-driven approach to territory management.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.
  • Must be located in Norway to manage the designated commercial territory.
