Salary: around 57k annually (incl. 8% holiday allowance)

What you will do

• Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive regional and global growth.
• Build online drip marketing programs to nurture prospects into sales-qualified leads.
• Create compelling positioning, messaging, and sales tools like webinars and whitepapers.
• Analyze performance metrics, manage databases, and optimize the marketing funnel.
• Conduct market research on the international education space and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with agency partners and internal stakeholders to drive growth and retention.

Requirements

• Master's degree with emphasis in marketing or business.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing and/or digital advertising.
• Experience in traditional, digital, content, and paid social media marketing.
• Expertise with CMS and CRM tools (Pardot and Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics, etc.) and Google Adwords.
• Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid capacity from The Hague, Netherlands

Nice to have

• International marketing experience.
• Experience within the education sector or with the IB program.
