IT Asset Management Intern

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day end-user IT assets across the EU region, including laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support the full asset lifecycle from ordering to return.
• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding by preparing and collecting IT hardware.
• Handle laptop reimaging, packing, shipping, and the management of mobile subscriptions.
• Document asset management processes and coordinate with stakeholders across EU and US IT teams.
• Take ownership of a specific project, such as inventory validation or lifecycle reporting.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to task ownership.
• Interest in IT operations, asset management, or logistics.
• Ability to work independently and follow complex processes accurately.

Nice to have

• Experience with ticketing or asset management systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Basic understanding of hardware lifecycle, including imaging and shipping.
• Strong Excel skills, including filters, pivots, and data cleanup.
