TL;DR

Location: Site-based in Tilbury, UK, with mandatory relocation to successive UK construction sites every 6–9 months

What you will do

  • Analyze construction costs against project plans and provide cost-to-complete forecasts and variance reports.
  • Serve as the primary site finance representative, managing and communicating all construction-related financials.
  • Manage local construction costs and purchase orders while coordinating subcontractor invoice approvals.
  • Handle accrual bookings and maintain PoC revenue recognition under IFRS and local GAAP.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities and support the preparation of claims and client reports.
  • Train site staff on financial procedures and maintain project data in Capri 2.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in project finance or quantity surveying, ideally within EPC or large industrial plant construction.
  • Solid understanding of project controlling, cost forecasting, and PoC accounting.
  • High flexibility and resilience to relocate with the team to successive UK construction sites every 6–9 months.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make independent decisions in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent communication skills and an intercultural mindset.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Experience with Power BI.
