What you will do

• Manage a team of accountants responsible for NAV production, financial statements, and associated reporting.
• Ensure accuracy of client deliverables and maintain accountability for meeting SLA deadlines.
• Coordinate resources and implement cross-training to ensure coverage and organizational efficiency.
• Lead the audit process, including the preparation and review of financial statements.
• Oversee operational controls in accordance with SOC1 standards and relevant checklists.
• Manage the timely billing and collection of fees for the assigned team.

Requirements

• University degree with a concentration in finance or accounting.
• Professional accounting designation such as CA, CGA, CMA, ACCA, ICAEW, or CFA.
• At least 4 years of experience in the fund administration industry.
• Experience managing staff, including administrators, investment managers, or fund auditors.
• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
