Salary: $120,800 – $151,000 annually + 14% Target Incentives

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert for the Microsoft Security platform, including Purview, Entra, Sentinel, Defender, and AI Security.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Architects, establishing technical direction and delivery standards.
• Coordinate the development and documentation of methodologies, best practices, and reference architectures.
• Design reusable offerings, blueprints, IaC patterns, and accelerators to optimize delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor for high-value customers, leading solution workshops and executive briefings.
• Partner with Microsoft and other strategic partners to co-create solutions and drive joint success.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in a technical field, preferably with Microsoft technologies.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Security solutions and proven experience architecting complex enterprise environments.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring teams of architects within a consulting or delivery organization.
• Strong track record in methodology development and technical innovation.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
