What you will do

• Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
• Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk.
• Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch and iterate quickly.
• Develop internal tools and automation to reduce manual work and enable scaling.
• Monitor, debug, and improve owned features beyond the initial release.

Requirements

• Strong fullstack engineering experience with a track record of shipping real products.
• Proficiency in frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern stacks.
• Solid backend fundamentals regarding APIs, data models, authentication, and integrations.
• Strong product sense and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Ability to work independently with ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end.
• Strong English communication skills as the primary working language.
