What you will do

• Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn direct outreach and complex internet searches.
• Perform database mining and functional web searches to identify hidden talent.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business departments to understand hiring priorities and build deep talent pipelines.
• Maintain and track sourced talent within the SmartRecruiters ATS.
• Act as a company ambassador to increase brand awareness and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reports on recruiting activities and critical data.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in the recruiting or sourcing field.
• Familiarity with main development languages, libraries, and frameworks.
• Fluency in English for convenient communication with international candidates.
• Active and distinct LinkedIn profile.
