What you will do
- Manage medium- and high-complexity projects, including team activities, documentation, plans, reports, goals, and tasks.
- Communicate daily with business stakeholders and cross-functional departments.
- Shape and manage business expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure deliverables meet budget, scope, schedule, and quality requirements across all SDLC phases.
- Identify milestones and solutions that support project growth.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of practical experience as a Project or Program Manager.
- Mandatory experience managing projects in FMCG or integration/product companies, including implementation and BAU phases.
- Hands-on experience with fixed-price projects.
- Strong project management knowledge and practical experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of application development and software development lifecycle concepts, plus experience estimating and justifying effort.
- Upper-Intermediate English required for communication with clients and teams.

- Understanding of the FMCG industry.
