What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of product and tech initiatives from planning to release.
• Create and maintain roadmaps for multiple projects and scrum teams, tracking dependencies.
• Facilitate effective Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile best practices.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and facilitate mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze metrics across scrum teams to improve flow and predictability.
• Regularly communicate delivery status to project stakeholders in a transparent manner.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, and API integrations.
• Experience managing multiple parallel projects and cross-functional dependencies.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart or similar tools.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher required.
• Must be based in Armenia, Cyprus, or Poland.
