Salary: 31,000 – 40,000 PLN per month (Poland-based reference)

What you will do
- Lead high-impact product initiatives across document creation, authoring, and collaboration workflows.
- Define and execute the long-term product strategy for modern document systems, balancing business goals and technical opportunities.
- Integrate AI capabilities into document experiences, focusing on intelligent authoring and workflow optimization.
- Partner with design, engineering, and AI teams to develop scalable APIs and data models.
- Drive product discovery and iteration using customer insights, analytics, and rapid prototyping.
- Guide multiple squads by providing clear priorities and strategic direction.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, productivity, or document platforms.
- Proven track record of owning complex user-facing domains from strategy through delivery.
- Strong understanding of document systems and structured content (PDF, DOCX, Markdown).
- Demonstrated experience launching AI-powered features and measuring their adoption.
- Strong AI fluency for analysis, automation, and prototyping purposes.
- Must be based in Switzerland.
