What you will do

• Set up project governance and lead local core teams across assigned facilities.
• Develop implementation plans, manage milestones and budgets, and oversee change requests.
• Harmonize global SLAs and negotiate site-specific facility management agreements with Apleona.
• Manage supplier relationships, KPI monitoring, and operational or contractual issue resolution.
• Drive supplier transition plans and support local change management and communication.
• Coordinate with HR and Legal on legally compliant employee transfers under TUPE or similar frameworks.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience leading complex international projects, ideally in facility management transition, procurement, or corporate real estate.
• Strong experience in contract negotiations, SLA definition, and supplier performance management.
• Experience in change management, stakeholder communication, and employee transition processes or local labor laws.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders and site management.
• Excellent English is essential for collaboration with local and global stakeholders.
