What you will do

• Review EDD documents and perform risk analysis for High Value clients and their transactions.
• Identify potential fraud, account takeovers, and other suspicious activities.
• Conduct Sanctions, PEP, and Adverse Media screening using open-source research.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and Data Science teams to enhance KYC/EDD strategies.
• Draft SAR (Suspicious Activity Report) escalation forms and contribute to SOP development.
• Deliver training to new joiners and support ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Banking, FinTech, Compliance, or Fraud.
• Strong analytical mindset for investigating large data sets and deep-diving into customer accounts.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Basic MS Office and Excel skills.
• Availability for 24/7 shift coverage, including night and weekend work.
• Necessary equipment: laptop with camera and a phone capable of running Google Authenticator.

Nice to have

• Previous experience specifically in KYC and Compliance.
• Understanding of cryptocurrencies.
