What you will do

• Manage client relationships and satisfaction for radio measurement products in Malaysia to achieve high NPS.
• Perform end-to-end analysis of radio audience data, including preparation, validation, and interpretation.
• Apply statistical techniques such as weighting, projections, and modeling to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
• Support the development of dashboards and automated reporting in collaboration with internal teams.
• Manage contracts, including CRM and billing administrative duties.
• Ensure all deliverables meet internal quality standards and industry compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a market research agency, media measurement, or data analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SPSS.
• Strong analytical and numeracy skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
• Experience in a client-facing or stakeholder management role.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in R or Python.
• Prior experience in media, radio/audio, or advertising research specifically within the Malaysia market.
