What you will do

• Define actionable metrics and assist in the delivery of sales and activity KPI reports.
• Perform data acquisition, cleaning, and transformation from diverse sources.
• Apply statistical and machine learning modeling to derive business insights.
• Handle large datasets and select appropriate technologies for processing and analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to innovate through automation and new capabilities.
• Communicate insights effectively to a broad group of stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Advanced Excel, Teradata, SQL, Python, and R or SAS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to convey key initiatives to stakeholders.
• Experience in evaluating business data, forming hypotheses, and applying statistical measures.
• Ability to work effectively with both small and large datasets.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Background in pharma or retail multichannel marketing and campaign management.
• Experience in AI, ML, or NLP using technologies like Watson, TensorFlow, or Amazon Lex.
