What you will do

• Lead mechanical design and CMF development for gaming headsets, from feasibility studies to mass production.
• Research and optimize ergonomics (headband and hinge structures) for local gamers to reduce wearing fatigue.
• Implement DFM and high-strength structural designs to ensure durability in commercial and high-stress scenarios.
• Define and execute CMF specifications, including colors, anti-staining treatments, and eco-friendly packaging.
• Collaborate with PM, EE, and suppliers to refine hardware specifications and resolve technical issues.
• Provide expert mechanical engineering consultancy for product design and issue investigation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in mechanical design and development of headset products.
• 3+ years of experience as a technical leader managing ME activities or NPI projects.
• Full lifecycle experience in structural development, mold follow-up, and mass production.
• Proficiency in CAD and deep understanding of plastic/metal/silicone mold processes.
• Expertise in problem-solving (8D, PDCA) and risk assessment (FMEA).
• English: Good oral and written communication skills required.

• Experience with CAE software.
• Background in top-tier peripheral brands or well-known OEMs.
• Advanced knowledge in geometrical tolerance and statistical analysis.
