• Develop and design product concepts into defined products, including project management and technical problem-solving.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all customer and consumer requirements are met.
• Lead development activities and resolve technical issues throughout the product lifecycle.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure products are manufacturable and delivered to market on time.
• Partner with other functions to drive innovation in product and process design to improve cost and quality.

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in consumer products development within MNC companies.
• Proficiency in CREO, AutoCAD, and similar design tools.
• Strong project management skills, independence, and a result-oriented approach.
• Good written English proficiency; verbal communication skills are a plus.
