What you will do

• Lead end-to-end innovation projects from planning and execution through to 6-8 months post-NPI launch.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet targeted quality and performance levels.
• Manage cross-functional project teams and report progress directly to the Product Director.
• Drive corrective action plans during the Life Cycle Management (LCM) phase to address quality issues or improve competitiveness.
• Facilitate regular project reviews and post-launch evaluations to implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• 3+ years in a PMO role handling complex, multi-functional projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Proven experience managing budgets, timelines, and risks.
