What you will do

• Process credit-related correspondence and prepare files for credit analysts.
• Draft credit agreements and related legal documentation.
• Set up and monitor credit facilities within relevant systems throughout their lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational tasks.
• Proactively ensure the smooth execution of credit operations.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a credit-related environment.
• Fluency in French, English, and German is mandatory.
• Strong administrative rigour, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
