What you will do

• Define the technical direction of the RCM platform by proposing and implementing architectural improvements.
• Build end-to-end AI products and LLM-powered agents to automate financial workflows in healthcare.
• Own the full lifecycle of AI features from prompt design and evaluations to production infrastructure.
• Improve system reliability, observability, and scalability of web applications for rapid expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define technical approaches.
• Mentor engineers and conduct in-depth code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development industry experience.
• Proficiency in backend languages: Python, Go, or C++.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies: Javascript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with GCP/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and relational/non-relational databases.
• Proven track record of designing end-to-end solutions and making high-level architectural decisions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
