What you will do

• Manage all accounting, financial, and legal operations across Israeli and U.S. entities, including billing and revenue recognition.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes ensuring accuracy in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee payroll processes, banking relationships, treasury activities, and external finance vendors.
• Monitor budget-to-actual performance and handle cash flow forecasting and management.
• Own and manage the company’s cap table and ESOP plan, including option grants and documentation.
• Lead tax filings and ensure local, state, and federal compliance in both the US and Israel.

Requirements

• Israeli CPA license and Big 4 experience (must-have).
• At least 3 years of experience as Director of Finance at a hi-tech firm with USA offices.
• 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
• Advanced degree in business or economics.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Tel Aviv.
