What you will do

• Lead the monthly financial close process to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
• Prepare and maintain consolidated financial statements and manage the consolidation process.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve financial queries and support data-driven decision-making.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare tax calculations and support the filing of corporate tax returns.
• Coordinate the external audit process and serve as the primary point of contact for auditors.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in high-tech finance teams.
• Big 4 Accounting firm internship is a must.
• Degree in Accounting and CPA certification required.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with US GAAP.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in the SaaS or software industry.
• Experience working with NetSuite ERP.
