Focus on translating complex user insights into intuitive product experiences and driving execution across global engineering and design teams.

Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv, Israel

What you will do

  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and vision to execution and launch.
  • Partner with customers, designers, and global engineering teams to build intuitive experiences.
  • Translate user insights and business requirements into clear product documentation.
  • Drive product innovation and influence direction across cross-functional teams.
  • Create resources to align teams and support product adoption.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Proven track record of delivering features where UX was a key success driver.
  • Experience with B2B mid-market or B2C products.
  • Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must be based in Tel Aviv for a hybrid work arrangement.

  • Experience working in startups or smaller companies.
