What you will do

• Lead TV Networks-specific Record to Report (R2R) activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and close execution.
• Oversee outsourced service providers (e.g., Accenture) to ensure SLAs, KPIs, and quality standards are met.
• Maintain a SOX-compliant control environment and drive corrective actions for process defects.
• Coordinate with Corporate Accounting, Consolidations, and Finance stakeholders to support close requirements.
• Support ERP transformation and the adoption of enabling technologies like SAP and Blackline.
• Manage executive-level governance for BPO and shared services delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting, controllership, or R2R operations.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Orlando, FL office at least 3 days per week.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Experience managing or overseeing offshore BPO or shared service teams.
• Proficiency with ERP tools, with SAP and Blackline strongly preferred.
