Business Development Representative (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid (Calgary, Canada). Current work authorization for Canada is required

Salary: $54,000 – $66,000 CAD

What you will do

• Interact directly with clients and investment professionals to provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Support advisors and investors in educating and planning short-term and long-term investment strategies.
• Collaborate with District Vice Presidents and Business Development Managers to increase market share in a geographic territory.
• Participate in the Sales Development Program to improve communication, presentation, and prospecting skills.
• Undergo in-depth training on investment fundamentals and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Completion of a University degree (upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Current work authorization for Canada is required.
• Strong desire to develop consultative selling skills and learn about financial markets.
• Ability to work independently and within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
• Self-discipline and the ability to stay focused.
