What you will do
- Monitor the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle and resolve operational or shipping inquiries with retail accounts.
- Forecast returns, manage product discontinuations, and reduce RTV liabilities.
- Maintain product data and assortment files in retailer PIM systems, including Sephora.
- Collaborate on annual budgeting and re-trending to create performance goals by door, week, and channel.
- Compile and maintain regular sales and inventory reports to support strategic business reviews.
- Participate in weekly sales and budget reviews with the Executive Director.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail operations, account planning, or inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Proficiency in managing complex corporate workflows and data administration.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Visual Merchandising.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on data accuracy and reporting.
