What you will do

• Develop and maintain the content strategy across emails, landing pages, in-app materials, and SEO channels.
• Create and edit high-quality, science-backed content on cognitive development, neuroscience, and personality psychology.
• Manage a distributed content team including localizers, subject-matter experts, and designers.
• Configure content flows and independently manage admin panels, CMS, and course builders.
• Track content performance (CTR, activation, churn) and run A/B tests to iterate on messaging.
• Collaborate with growth and product teams to support paid marketing creatives and funnel copy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of content management experience in consumer-facing digital products or startups.
• C1+ written English proficiency (hard requirement).
• Proven experience building and owning content strategies from the ground up.
• Ability to manage external contractors (editors, translators, designers) end-to-end.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) as part of the regular content workflow.
• Ability to research complex scientific material and synthesize it into engaging, accessible content.

Nice to have

• Experience in EdTech or health-tech with a subscription model.
• Background or coursework in neuroscience, cognitive psychology, or behavioral science.
• Familiarity with conversion copywriting and SEO fundamentals.
• Experience creating instructional design and structured knowledge frameworks.
