What you will do
- Track open issues and resolve incidents using service management systems.
- Perform agency and user system maintenance.
- Provide timely responses to user requests and reported issues.
- Facilitate first-level triage through Service Now and communicate resolution steps.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Support core operational functions as directed.
Requirements
- US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship provided).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–1 years of experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Milwaukee, WI.
