Graphic Designer

TL;DR

Graphic Designer: Executing high-quality, customized design assets for print and digital media with an accent on typography, layout, and brand consistency. Focus on managing high-volume design requests, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining exceptional hospitality and service standards.

Location: Must reside in the greater Vancouver–Portland metropolitan area. This is a hybrid position requiring regular in-office work.

Compensation: $28.00–$30.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Execute high-quality design work from scratch or templates for print and web.
• Manipulate, retouch, and color-correct photography for various projects.
• Create illustrations, iconography, and custom typography.
• Interact with internal stakeholders and clients with a focus on hospitality and service.
• Provide quality assurance for the larger design team's output.
• Contribute to strategic creative brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a graphic designer.
• Must reside in the greater Vancouver–Portland metropolitan area.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of design layout, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work in an office environment Monday through Friday.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
