What you will do

• Design high-quality assets for campaigns, events, web, presentations, and print.
• Contribute to the expansion and maintenance of the core brand visual identity system.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, motion, and video teams to ensure cohesive brand expression.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery.
• Conceptualize and build improvements in creative workflows using AI-native products.
• Present design thinking and work to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of brand or graphic design experience in tech or creative agency environments.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Strong understanding of developing and working within evolving brand systems.
• Technical expertise in preparing deliverables for digital, print, and large-scale formats.
• Ability to advocate for design work and define project parameters with stakeholders.
• Must be based in Menlo Park, California.

Nice to have

• 10-15 years of design experience with proven impact at scale.
• Basic animation skills in Figma or similar tools.
• Experience with Wrike, Canva, or Adobe Experience Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, or Marketing Communications.
